During our recent stay at Forsthaus Am Mohnesee, my family and I truly experienced the charm of Bavaria's countryside. The house, equipped with a fridge and television in each room, was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind after exploring the local beauty spots. However, the closure of the restaurant and bar due to renovations was a minor setback.The value proposition of this hotel shines through in its friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing a late dinner.The highlight for my youngest daughter was the fire truck bed in our bungalow. This unique touch added to our overall experience, making it memorable for her. The location, mixing with the locals, provided an authentic Bavarian atmosphere that we appreciated.For a cost-conscious traveler seeking comfortable accommodations with a touch of local flair, Forsthaus Am Mohnesee is a solid choice.
